Your time and appointments are very important to me. Cancel/reschedule online up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment using your original booking email or email the studio at hello@robinskinstudio.com. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment total regardless of the reason.

A no-show or same-day cancellation will result in a full charge of the service booked. Please remember that I respect your time and I ask that you do the same for me. 

Please arrive on time. Showing up late to your appointment will result in a modified treatment charged at full price.  If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled appointment time you will not be able to be seen and will be required to reschedule for a different day. This will be considered a late cancellation and 100% of the booked service will be charged at full price.
